Once the 2023 BYC camp application is received via our online portal, the BYC will forward an electronic invoice to the applicant for payment. The invoice will be subject to strict 48hr payment terms where once paid the applicant is to promptly send remittance information.
Upon receival of the remittance and payment, the BYC will confirm the applicants position in the camp via email.
Failure to meet the payment terms above will place applicant on a waiting list. This policy is our way to ensure fairness for all attendees to the camp due to our 100 attendee capacity and our strict "First in Best Dressed Policy"!

Nomination Fees - $200 per child
ABCA membership - $20 per Non-Current Finnacial Youth Member or New Member
Adult Shirt $45
Camping Costs $30 per site
Adult/Sibling Catering - $120 per adult/$50 per sibling.
