• 2023 Get In Gear Fest Exhibitor Application 

    Join us for the 8th Annual Get In Gear Fest, presented by the Outdoor Gear Builders of WNC on Saturday, May 6th from 12-5pm at the Asheville Adventure Company Outpost - 521 Amboy Road. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Vending space is extremely limited and exhibitor spots will be available on a first-come first-serve basis with a priority on outdoor gear manufacturers, outfitters and retailers in WNC. We cannot guarantee booth size or participation.

  • Non-member applications will be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis and admittance isn't guaranteed. By submitting this application you are not guaranteed a space at Get In Gear Fest.

    Must be an active OGB member to complete this section. OGB members receive a complimentary 10x10 space or smaller, pending availability, with membership. Spaces will be allocated on a rolling basis.


  • OGB Non-Member Company

  • Not a current member? Qualified companies can join the Outdoor Gear Builders for a complimentary booth and priority placement at the 2023 Get in Gear Festival! Learn more and join here. 


  • Non-Profit

    Outdoor oriented Non-Profits can apply for a lower priced or shared 10X10 booth space on a first come, first serve basis. Limited space available. Additional needs like electric have associated costs and be paid for by the non-profit vendor.
