Please note that we are only able to offer a straight exchange for an item that has been sent in error or was damaged in transit.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item by mistake (but would like to swap it for an alternative,) our system can only refund you once the unwanted item has been returned to us. You will then need to order the replacement item as a new order via our website.
If you need the item sooner, you can of course, place a new order via our site at any time but please be aware that the refund for the unwanted item will not happen until we receive it back at USTUDIO.
