The Southeastern American Studies Association, the largest regional affiliate of the ASA, appreciates your consideration of support through sponsoring, exhibiting, or advertising at our 2023 conference in Midtown Atlanta. SASA consists of ASA members in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Using the conferencing platform Whova, SASA will maintain an online conference app and web page. We will recognize all sponsors and exhibitors in print and online promotional material, the online program, the program app, and the conference website. With your help, we look forward to a great meeting as we come together to celebrate the people that are American Studies in the Southeast, their teaching, and their scholarship.
SPONSORSHIP

Please consider becoming a conference sponsor. Sponsors can purchase additional exhibit space or advertising in the following sections. Although encouraged, sponsorship is not a requirement to buy advertising or rent an exhibit table.
Organizations that contribute over $250 will be recognized at the same level as the Exhibition Tiers listed below.

Organizations contributing over $1,000 (including exhibition and sponsorships) will be listed as Conference Partners online and on in-person “session title” screens that will appear at least 15 minutes before and after every panel session. Logos are included.

Organizations contributing over $4,000 (including exhibition and sponsorships) will be listed as Conference Co-Host online and on in-person “session title” screens that will appear at least 15 minutes before and after every panel session. Logos are included.

We seek presses, publishers, or academic organizations to also sponsor receptions, coffee breaks, keynote addresses, the colloquy, the awards ceremony. Virtual and In-Person for publishers, journals, community organizations, and sponsors
For those exhibiting in person, the exhibit area will be available starting at 9:00 am on Thursday, September 28. The in-person exhibit area will open at noon on Thursday and close at 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 30. The final conference event will end on Saturday afternoon. Each table will be at least six ft. long. The fees below do not include any parcel shipping and storage costs the venue may charge.
