Everything you need to know before you order!

Ordering. First of all, thank you for considering me and trusting me with your cookie nees for your upcoming event. I'd hate to not be available to help you out, so the sooner you book the date you need, the better. Please place your order at least 2 weeks prior to the date needed. I will provide a quote via email which you will need to approve to confirm your order. PLease allow 2 business days to send your quote.
Order Confirmation. Once you receive your customized quote via email, you will have 48 hours to confirm your order and send a 50% deposit. Once your payment is received, your pick up date will be booked to my calendar. Failure to confirm your order in time may cause you t lose your spot for the date requested.
Payment. A 50% deposit is required up front to reserve your pick up date. The remaining balance will be due the week of pick up. Deposits are non-refundable due to cancellation but may be applied to another future order depending on circumstances.
Rescheduing. Please reach out at least24 hours prior to your pick up time to reschedule if needed.
In a hurry? While I can't accomodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Please note: a $20 rush fee will apply for custom cookies orders placed under 7 days of the requested pick up date (provided the date is available).
Delivery fee. I am happy to deliver your cookies anywhere within 20 miles of my home for $10. This charge will e included in your custom quote if you choose thedelivery option on the order form below.
It's All Yours Now. Once your cookies are in your hands, it is all on you! Keep 'em safe, keep 'em cool, and keep 'em out of direct sunlight. Icing colors do not like the sun and fade after a little while. Also do NOT put your cookies in the refrigrator. They do not like humidty. Your cookies will be heat sealed for freshness until requested not to do so.
