ASSUMTION OF RISK, RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE US OPEN 2022 CRICKET PREMIER LEAGUE TOURNAMENT

 In consideration of my participation in the US OPEN CRICKET PREMIER LEAGUE (hereafter referred to as "US OPEN T20"), I, for myself, my family members, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns hereby release, waive and forever discharge the Cricket Council USA, Inc., its sponsors, directors, employees, agents, attorneys and assigns, participating cricket Leagues, including but not limited to, South Florid Cricket alliance & South Florida Cricket League, and the County of Broward, its elected officials, employees, agents, attorneys, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action of whatsoever type, whether in law or equity, resulting in any loss or injury whatsoever, whether said loss or injury results in death, damage(s) to my person or property howsoever caused, arising, or to arise by reason of my participation in the Tournament  More...
