TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Places are reserved on receipt of this order form. Your places will be confirmed by email.

- Payment should be made prior to the course taking place unless agreed otherwise, in which case payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date.

- Sophic will endeavour to run all courses as advertised. However, we reserve the right to cancel a course at any time and offer an alternative date, credit or refund, without any liability for any consequential or indirect loss.

Cancellations Policy

- The full amount will be refunded/credited for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to course commencement.

- 50% of the amount will be refunded/credited for cancellations made up to 8-30 days prior to course commencement unless the participant is rebooked onto another workshop in which case no fees will apply.

- No refunds/credits will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the course commencement.
