Metro will reimburse clubs for the cost of entering Outreach athletes in
Metro sanctioned meets

Entry fees for Registered Outreach Athletes must be paid to the meet host in the same manner as entry fees are paid for any other athletes entered in the meet.

The Coach/Director for qualified athletes must submit this form within 30 days of completion of the meet.

**Relay, Deck Entry, Surcharge, and No Show fees are not eligible for reimbursement**

A Club may only be reimbursed for up to $50, per eligible swimmer per registered year
