What kind of food do you offer your pet daily?

The following are a list of brands of food we will supply for your pet (including millet for birds and fresh fruits and veggies for all). If your food is not listed, you must bring it with you.

If you selected "None of the above", do you give us permission to purchase your desired brand of food which you will be charged for at pick up?

Please note that if your pet is receiving medication, they will not be in our boarding area, but instead they will be medically boarded in our hospital ward, and there are additional charges for this service.

Has your rabbit been vaccinated against the RHD virus? Your rabbit can only board if they are at least two weeks post receipt of the second dose of the vaccine.

Is your pet having a problem that has to be addressed by a veterinarian?

Please note that by selecting yes there will be additional costs such as an exam fee and potentially hospitalization. An estimate will be provided.

Are you bringing any personal items such as toys, food, or cage furniture?

If you answer YES, please fill out the Itemized Personal Items for Boarding form on our website so we will be able to make sure we return everything to you at discharge.

Cancellation Fee: CAEM requires that you cancel any boarding reservations with at least 48 hours notice. In the event you cannot or do not give us 48-hours notice to cancel, you will accrue a $100 cancellation fee. By checking below, you are indicating that you accept this fee under these conditions.
