*Based on classification, organizations or persons granted the use of facilities shall pay in advance the scheduled fee and the cost of additional staff services required by use. The Board of Education reserves the right to make changes as necessary on a case by case basis.
*All checks should be made out to the ‘CEDAR GROVE BOARD OF EDUCATION’.
*Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, which must be school days, and you must receive confirmation in writing from district personnel for the cancellation to be effective and to receive any reimbursements of funds paid. If cancellation is not made at least 48 hours in advance, full payment is due to the Cedar Grove Board of Education.
