Please note: At the time of launch, Knickerbocker Group offers full turnkey service from master planning the site to delivery and finish completion, along with property management services beyond the build, if desired. Since each site is unique, Knickerbocker Group will work with you on pricing and facilitating all site-related items, including foundation, site work excavation, driveway, septic, well, and tree clearing—we then build this cost into the full package contract. Delivery and mileage fees (from our Wiscasset facility to the project location) will apply to all builds.
