Deposit Policy

Deposits are required to book. I require a minimum of 100$ for said deposit. Once filling out said form, i will get back to you with where to send a deposit to. Deposits are non refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. The amount of the deposit gets taken off the final price of the tattoo day of
Cancelation / Reschedule Policy

I need at least a heads up of 3 days if you need to cancel or reschedule. FAILURE to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit and you will need to pay another deposit to rebook.
Design Policy

Custom designs are created in my free time, you will not see your design until day of your appointment. There is plenty of time on the day to make changes If you don’t like parts of the design. Or we can reschedule the appointment and i will redraw it for you. If you are not satisfied on the second try, we may have to part ways as i may not be the best fit for you. The only exception is any larger pieces i design i will send out sketches to confirm in going in the right direction
I understand that filling out this request form does not guarantee me an appointment. I understand that i will be contacted via email and will be required to send a deposit to claim a spot for an appointment. I understand i will notify the artist via email if i need to make changes to the design or appointment.*

I understand that my deposit is 100% Non refundable. No exceptions. If you wish to CANCEL, RESCHEDULE, (More than twice) your deposit is forfeited and i will require a new one. I need no less than 3 days notice to reschedule an appointment.*
