Thank you for choosing Wellington Springs for your Water Cooler and Spring Water requirements. This agreement is entered into between "Wellington Springs" and "The Client".

It is hereby agreed as follows:

1. The rental period shall commence on {commencementDate} and will renew for successive periods equal to the initial term until either party provides written notice to the other cancelling renewal of this agreement

2. Rental payments are payable in advance and non-refundable. The Client has elected to rent:

Water Coolers @ $ 21.67 + GST per month

3. The price of each 11 Litre returnable bottle is $8.50 (no GST applicable), and subject to any future price increases.

4. All bottles remain the property of Wellington Springs and must be returned on demand. A fee of $15.00 + GST may be levied if the bottles are not returned.

5. Payment terms are strictly 7 days from end of month.

6. During the term of this agreement, The Client agrees to exclusively use the water supplied by Wellington Springs in the water cooler unit(s

7. All water coolers remain the property of Wellington Springs and shall be returned, in a comparable condition as they were delivered within 1 business day following the end of this agreement.

8. Wellington Springs reserves the right to enter The Clients premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspecting, repairing, maintaining, replacing, or removing any water cooler units or returnable bottles.

9. Insofar as is lawful, Wellington Springs shall not be liable in any event in any way whatsoever or howsoever arising for any contingent, consequential, direct or indirect, special or punitive damage arising in any way whatsoever in relation to the goods and The Client acknowledges this express limit of liability and agrees to limit any claim accordingly.

10. Wellington Springs reserves the right to recover all costs incurred by it, legal or otherwise, from The Client if they fail to comply with this agreement.
