This application allows Prism Bank to perform a pre-approval of the requested loan. Once a pre-approval has been authorized, the below information will be needed to continue towards a full approval. This is not an all-encompassing list, more information may be needed on a case-by-case basis.

- Pre-purchase Inspection Report
- Complete and accurate list of the Aircraft's engines, avionics, etc.
Financial Information:
- Last 3 years of filed perosnal and business Tax Returns
- Personal Financial Statement
- K1s, W2s, 1099s rfom the most recent Tax Year
- Most recent P&L and Balance Sheet (for any businesses owned by an applicant)
- YTD or recent interim P&L and Balance Sheet (for any businesses owned by an applicant)
- Copy of valid Government ID for all applicants
If Title will be held in an LLC or Corp.:
- Copy of Operating Agreement (LLC) or Bylaws (Corp)
- Legal organizational docs from the Secretary of State
- EIN Letter from the IRS
