Catering: Priced per person/plate. Great for all party sizes and includes delivery of your tailored meal, created perfectly for your party. For this experience, your meal is prepared beforehand, and delivered freshly to you. Food can be prepared on site if venue has a kitchen for use. This experience is perfect for baby showers, weddings, bridal showers, and other gatherings. This option includes use of wire chafing racks as well as setup/breakdown of food area. Stainless steel chafing dishes are available for an additional fee. Serving staff is available upon request (additional fee). This experience does not have a guest's maximum. *TASTING IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING THIS SERVICE! TASTING FEE IS $125 and is for 2 ppl. If proceeding foward with booking, tasting fee will be deducted from you total invoice. *1,000 MINIMUM REQUIREMENT*Private Dining: Includes an private dining experience, in your home, with a meal tailored perfectly, for you and your guest. This experience includes both set-up and clean-up, a personalized menu that will entail what will be served during your experience, and a wine selection of your choice. This experience serves a minimum of 2 guests up to 8 maximum. Clients must have a fully equipped kitchen for this experience, which must include an oven, refrigerator, stove, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Please let the chef know in advance if cooking items may be needed. Table set up is included in price , additional room decor can be done at an additional fee.By The Pan : Individual pans of food (comes in half or full pan sizes). Half pans can typically feed 10-12 people. Full size pans feeds 20-25 people depending on the item requested. This option is either pick up at our Manchester CT location or delivery (see delivery policy below) ONLY. This does NOT include set up or chafing dishes. Chafing racks can be rented for an additional fee.

Additional Options: ** Disclaimer! For all Chafing Dish Rentals, if items are not returned or are returned damaged, client agrees to pay a mandatory damage fee. Damage fee for Wire Chafers starts at $100 (depending on how many rented) and for stainless steel the damage fee starts at $250. Signed Contract for chafers are due at time of rental.

Serving Staff ( $350 for 2 servers for 3 hours maximum)Wire Chafing Rack Rental ($60 comes with sterno fuel as well). Has to be returned within 24 hours of event or damage fee will be assesed.Stainless Steel Chafing Dish Rental ($120 comes with sterno fuel as well). Has to be returned within 24 hours of event or damage fee will be assesed.

Consultation Fee: All bookings are subject to a MANDATORY $25.00 Consultation fee. This fee is to be paid before estimate is sent. If client chooses to proceed forward with booking, fee will be deducted from amount due. Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE if customer decides not to book. Fees: Chef charges a standard rate per person, which is dependent upon the party size and service. The standard rate will be given once the party size and event menu is disclosed. Additional fees for serving, extra equipment, ect will be discussed with client beforehand.*

Traveling Fee: Georgies Kitchen is located in Manchester CT and services all of CT , but is also a traveling chef. All out-of-state clients must agree to pay the cost of flights, hotel & lodging for chef and prep person, and gas mileage to accommodate the chef.*

Booking Policy : Clients must pay 50% of the invoice amount to secure their booking date, which is nonrefundable after 48 hours of booking. You will also recieve an attached catering contract that will need to be signed before booking is finalized . The remaining portion of the invoice is due one week prior to the booking date. Invoice has to be paid within 24 hours of reciept along with signature of the attached catering contract or it will be canceled. If you have attempted to book with us but your invoice has been canceled for non payment, you will no longer be allowed to book with Georgies Kitchen again in the future.*

Final Payment: Final payment of invoice is due one week before scheduled event date. This policy is non negotiable. Any instances of failure to adhere to this policy (notifying us of an issue with payment, not paying the invoice by end of day, ect) is considered a breach of contract and will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation and all monies paid will be FORFEITED at that time*

Cancellations/ Rescheduling: Any cancellations made within 5 days prior to event will result in forfeiture of ALL monies. If Georgies Kitchen has to cancel for any reason (EXCLUDING non payment of invoice or inclement weather) , the total deposit be refunded back to the original payment method. If refund is processed back to a credit/debit card, it takes 7-10 business days to process. Rescheduling events within two weeks may result in additional fees.*

Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of forecasted severe inclement weather (heavy snow, torrential downpours, thunder/lightening, hail, hurricane, tornado, ect.) Georgies Kitchen has the right to adjust service times or cancel service. Should conditions deem such necessary action , Georgies Kitchen will contact you to notify you of such cancellation options. This protocol is in place to ensure the safety of our staff as well your guests. Please see below refund policy and above cancellation policy.*
