Phoebus Holiday Illumination & Market

10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
On December 3, Partnership for a New Phoebus will host an outdoor market for the holiday season featuring handmade works, food trucks, family-friendly entertainment, and a special tree lighting ceremony.
FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS
- Application deadline is November 8; applicants will be notified by email by November 11 of their acceptance.
- Accepted vendors will receive an email link with online payment directions.
- Food Vendor Fees: 10'x10' space - $125.00 | 10'x20' space - $150.00
- Vendor fees must be paid by November 15.
- All accepted vendors must provide copies of insurance with endorsement, health permit, and business license by November 15.
- Booth sharing is not permitted.
- Each vendor is responsible for their own materials (tables, chairs, tents, electricity, and water are NOT provided).
- Generators must be quiet (rated below 65 decibels) and cords may not cross streets or walkways.
- Vendors are responsible for all required City of Hampton Health Department permits and compliance with regulations.
- Booth sharing is not permitted.
- All local laws must be followed.
- All applications are subject to a jury process. Phoebus Events reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.
- If the event is cancelled due to inclement or hazardous weather, no refund will be issued.
