This year Santas will have a Tree of Wishes the following locations:

• Toy Mountain - Uptown (November 25 through December 1)
• Westshore Town Centre (December 2 through December 22)
• ToysRUs Uptown (December 2 through December 22)
• Hillside Centre (December 2 through December 22)

Confidentiality Agreement

As I carry out my responsibilities I may encounter any number of Christmas Hamper clients, Donors or Volunteers who wish to remain anonymous. Further, any and all personal and financial information collected by CFAX Santas Anonymous is confidential and should not be disclosed or discussed with anyone outside of CFAX Santas Anonymous. This information includes but is not limited to names, addresses and telephone numbers of fellow volunteers, clients, donors or members of the board.

Accordingly, I agree to maintain the standards of confidentiality as is required of my role within CFAX Santas Anonymous. I understand that any unauthorized release or careless handling of this confidential information is considered a breach of my duty to maintain confidentiality. As a result of breaking this agreement, I may be invited to resign/terminate my volunteer role with CFAX Santas  Anonymous. I have read and understand my rights and responsibilities as a volunteer and agree to participate in the work of CFAX Santas  Anonymous in the spirit of these rights and responsibilities.

Photo Release

I hereby expressly authorize and grant irrevocable permission to CFAX Santas Anonymous and any other sponsor, or organization to use any and all photographs, video tapes or recordings in which I appear, for any purpose. I understand my role and responsibilities are a valuable part of the work of CFAX Santas Anonymous, and I agree to carry out my responsibilities to the best of my ability.

Liability Release

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: In consideration of volunteering for CFAX Santas Anonymous, I do hereby release CFAX Santas Anonymous and any other sponsor or organization, from any and all claims, liability and demands of any kind, in law or equity, for death, personal injury, bodily injury or illness, property damage of any kind whosoever caused, including any claim, liability and demands of any kind, in law or equity, arising from negligence of CFAX Santas Anonymous, it’s agents, servants, or employees and of any person on site, arising out of, or in the course of, my participation in any event in which I choose to participate. This Release and Waiver extends all claims, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown and is binding upon all of my heirs, executors and properly appointed or recognized agents.

Agreement and Signature *Volunteers under the age of 19 must complete a Family Consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

By submitting this application, I confirm my intention to serve as a volunteer for CFAX Santas Anonymous Society. I affirm that the facts set forth in it are true and complete. I agree to the terms set above in the Liability Releases, Photo Release and Confidentiality Agreement.

Volunteer Code of Conduct

Santas Anonymous volunteers represent the Society with dignity and professionalism, fostering the spirit of charity, goodwill and cooperation.

At all times, our volunteers act with integrity and treat our clients, donors and fellow volunteers with the utmost respect to ensure a positive and valued experience for all involved. 

Our volunteers protect the confidentiality of our operation by abiding to our confidentiality agreement and not engaging in any activities that may create a conflict of interest. If a conflict of interest arises, it is reported to the management team promptly.

Together, we continue to build an open-minded environment that values enthusiasm, honesty and a shared commitment to helping others.
