  • Do you have a Working With Children's Check? Upon acceptance, we will need to sight your card to be verified and we will need to note your WWC card number.
  • Do you have a current First Aid / CPR or equivalent certification?
  • Are you available to attend a Zoom or Studio Parent / Carer helper meeting? This meeting will be mandatory as we will go through all important information. The meeting will be on Thursday 16th October 7:00pm.
  • Do you have experience working backstage at one of our concerts?
  • Do you have experience with hair styles and applying stage makeup?
  • If your application is successful, which concert would you be able to work backstage?

  • Please read and acknowledge the following:

     

    * As a parent helper I acknowledge that I am there to help in every way that I can to all students, not just my own.

    * Although I would prefer to be allocated to my child's class, I understand that I may be allocated to another class.

    * I am committed to lending a hand with helping students with their hair, make up, costume changes, keeping students entertained / quiet while waiting and ensure I am supervising and prioritising the wellbeing and safety of all students assigned in my group.

    * I will listen to all staff instructions and be quick to act/help in any way that they require.

    * If my application is approved, I will ensure to stay up to date with all concert information and attend the Information night on the 16th October.

    * I understand that by filling out this application, does not guarantee automatic acceptance. All applications are carefully reviewed. Those sucessful will recieve an email.
