Includes the following: -Two (2) banners (4’x6’) in high-traffic locations throughout the season. Design consultation and access to whole-sale pricing through our supplier is also available. -Three (3) dedicated emails OR social media posts on behalf of the sponsor. Content must be provided (should be standalone emails/posts and strong preference email). 2 of these would promote an enter-to-win contest for families to win a scholarship from the sponsor (Paid GPFF season participation fees.) -Place a sponsored web banner with a clickthrough link on Girls Play Flag Football website, in addition to a dedicated page with exclusive sponsor information.

LOGO for 4 teams (approximately 45 jerseys) for the upcoming season.

TEXT for 3 teams (approximately 35 jerseys) for the upcoming season

Placement of logo on free camp swag shirt with the sponsor’s logo for 8 teams (100 shirts minimum). We will distribute the shirts and submit photos to our social media and to sponsors direct email. Field Sponsor Package(s)

Example: GPFF - Blue Valley Northwest HS powered by GEHA -Displays on schedule and included in ALL email communication surrounding meet and greet, in-season communication, and end of season tournament sent out to all locations. -Included on website, marketing material, and featured on all social media posts. -Large 10X6 banner placed on NFL Flag coordinator tent at field location.

Sponsorship logo/information posted in high-traffic areas for the duration of the season for $60 per sign. We will cover print and shipping costs and can design a yard sign upon request. Signs will be placed at game locations for the season.

$100 per 300 cards distributed Palm cards are postcard-sized handouts with a QR code leading to an “Enter to Win” contest Scholarship contest landing page. Expected to distribute all provided palm cards to unique individuals, we agree to distribute all of them in the first half of the season. We will provide photos of someone distributing materials.

“Leaderboard Scoreboard” for gameday use-Leaderboard is a portable, durable, wireless scoreboard used by high schools and universities across the country. Controlled by the referee’s phone to sync game score/time live at the event. -Will place vinyl sticker (W16”x H30”) on backside of scoreboard for visibility. -Text support means on screen messages to act as a billboard for sponsors to advertise in between games and during down time. -Scoreboard will be used for our Basketball program as well, providing more visibility than just flag football

Power Pack 3X - Athlete Timing System has been used at the NFL Scouting Combine for timing the 40-yard dash since 2011. -Will place vinyl sticker on backside of scoreboard for visibility, in addition to text support on screen to act as a billboard for sponsor to advertise in between games and during down time. -Exclusive Camp/Combine sponsor on Website, flyers, marketing material, and player stat profiles
