As a part of the KG Luxe Experience, I provide only the CHANEL of hair extensions to my clientele. I have contracts with exclusive companies that ONLY allow select professionals to purchase from their private inventory. Working with multiple companies allows me to provide a variety of length, texture and color options for my guests and ensure the quality of your investment.

Fine Hand Tied Extension Hair is fragile and must be replaced every 6 months to prevent damage to your natural hair and ensure your look is flawless.

During your first appointment you will recieve the ILES FORMULA SIGNATURE COLLECTION which includes a full size: Shampoo, Conditioner and Serum.

CONSULTATION

Are you a little nervous but mainly excited about the possibility of becoming our client? We are giddy with excitement too! But let's be real - it can be a little overwhelming going through this New Client Process. We totally get it.

We want to give you all the details you need in order to feel at ease about this process.

Here is EXACTLY what to expect for our next steps after completing this form!

Once your application has been recieved, you will be contacted via email to set up your 1:1 complimentary consultation call with Kim. Virtual Consults are required in order to become a client and schedule your first install appointment.

During the 20 minute consultation we will determine if we are a good fit as stylist and client along with how many rows and which length you'll need, as well as the amount of color work necessary to achieve your goal look.

Once we have both chosen to move forward, you will recieve an invoice by email for your appointment retainer.

Once the invoice has been paid you are officially a VIP client and your chosen install appointment date will be secured! (Date options given during consult)

We use Square Appointments for all of our booking, retail and point of sale needs.

INVESTMENT

The total investment depends on which alternative hair option you will need and the amount of color work required to acheive your desired look. We will finalize all of those details together during your complimentary consultation call.

The estimates below include your Luxe Extension hair, custom color on your natural hair AND the extension hair, installation, cut and style, and a mini photoshoot... along with full size Iles Formula Shampoo,Conditioner and Serum for your home care routine.

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer due after your consultation in order to secure your installation appointment date on my books. This amount will be applied towards the overall balance of your first appointment and is NOT an additional fee. YES, we can absolutely use Cherry for your retainer just as we can for any appointment.

OH, and did we mention that you get breakfast and lunch at EVERY appointment???

In the event you have to reschedule your initial appointment, we are able to reschedule one time. After one rescheduled appointment, the nonrefundable deposit will not be applied to any further appointments.

MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS

Every maintenance appointment includes a full removal of the extensions and a scalp + shed check. We then cut apart your row (after it is off of your head) and color your natural hair and the extension hair separately. After a bunch of oh-so-good treatments and loads of coffee, we re-install your freshly prepped extension hair and send you out into the world looking as fresh as you did on day one.

This is a session rate and includes any color techniques needed to create your BEST possible hair. AND of course, breakfast + lunch of your choice is included at these appointments too!

Re-install the extensions every 5-8 weeks - as decided and required by the stylist based on YOUR scalp's needs

Replace extension hair every 6 months with brand new hair.

POLICIES

*LATE: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment time. Your appointment will be cancelled and a late fee of 50% of the scheduled service is due prior to booking a future appointment.

*CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: If you choose to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment with less than 7 days notice, you will be charged 50% of the booked service. This fee is due before you are able to book a future appointment.

*NO CALL/NO SHOW: a no call/no show is failure to cancel an appointment and/or failure to arrive. A no show fee of 100% of the booked service is due prior to booking a future appointment.

*CHILDREN + ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
We understand how important it is to carve out time for yourself. This is why we have chosen to be a child free salon. Please do not bring any additonal guests with you, including children, to your appointment.

*BUSINESS HOURS: Kim's in Salon Days (behind the chair) are Tuesdays & Thursdays unless she offers another day due to travel. Any appointments scheduled outside of these business days will incur an additional fee.

*HEALTH SCREENING:

Please reschedule your appointment if:

-You are sick or have a fever
-Have recently been in contact with anyone who is sick

Please know, you will kindly be asked to go home if you arrive to your appointment and seem sick and/or have a fever, and will be charged with the appropriate cancellation fee.

*If this is your first appointment, you must pay the appropriate fee and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook.
