The undersigned being the coach and/or director of the team named above hereby agrees to hold NY2LA Sports, NY2LASPORTS.COM, Brew City Entertainment L.L.C., BGC Enterprises, Inc., TFN Camps & Clinics, the officers and directors named here-in faultless in the event of injury, disease or other harm occurring to the team’s players during the participation of all tournament events, including in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19. The undersigned will carry adequate medical insurance, and if necessary, the undersigned’s insurance is responsible for any medical expenses. The undersigned also hereby agrees that their players, coaches, directors, fans, parents, etc. will fully cooperate with any and all safety measures put in place including, but not limited to, any and all COVID-19 protocols put in place and hereby agrees that any failure to do so is grounds for immediate removal of the team(s) from the tournament.
