I understand that Lullaby of the Rivers organizers reserve the right to limit or discontinue participation of an exhibitor at any time.I understand that I am responsible for adhering and keeping current with all relevant government regulations, tax requirements, health permits, licenses as they apply.I give the organizers of the Lullaby of the Rivers Festival permission to use my photo, depictions of my products, and my image for event promotional purposes.I agree to indemnify the Lullaby of the Rivers Festival (LOTR), the owners and producers of LOTR, and hold it harmless from any liability for injury and/or damage caused to any person or entity resulting from the acts or omissions of the applicant, its officers, agents, employees or guests in connection with the applicant's participation in the 2024 Lullaby of the Rivers Festival, including but not limited to costs and attorney fees. I agree that LOTR will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of property.
