Lodging :

We will be staying at Camp Pine Rock in Prescott, Arizona. We recommend that you fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International. To arrive at Prescott, your family can either opt-in to the VGO shuttle from Scottsdale to Prescott, or rent a car to drive to Prescott. Your arrival flight should arrive before 1:00pm on January 17. Your departure flight should leave after 3:00pm on January 20; or if you plan to attend the Friday night events in Scottsdale, we recommend that you leave Saturday, January 21.

Your family has a few lodging options:
1. Shared bunkhouse lodging (shared bathrooms, large-style accommodations; families share rooms)
2. Private cabin (limited amount available - private bathroom and space for an individual family)
3. If you prefer to stay off-site, please reserve your own room for your family. We recommend Hassayampa Inn: (A personal car rental will be required.) Hotel rates vary from $89-$259 per night. Hotel is 8 minutes from the camp facility.

Elementary Activities on Friday, January 20th - KTR Trampoline Park, Scottsdale - $30 per person, including parents. Good for any age. Parents required to attend with children. Please also fill out the form below:
