  • Important:

    RV Site & Rental cancelations: no fee with 14 day advanced notice for reservations of less than 2 consecutive weeks. Reservations of less than 2 consecutive weeks may also be changed for another date within the 2024 season at no charge (ending November 30th), providing you contact our office at least 7 days prior to the booked/arrival date and RV sites or rental units are available for the rescheduled date(s).  Credits for rescheduled dates are only available during the 2024 season and may not be used after November 30th.  Any unused credits for the 2024 season are forfeit after November 30th.  All cancelation requests received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for stays of less than 2 consecutive weeks will result in no refunds being issued on payments received.  Long Term RV site cancelations:  All reservations of 14 to 20 nights are subject to a cancelation fee of $395 after April 1st, 2024.  All reservations of 3 weeks (21 nights) or longer are subject to a cancelation fee of $595 after April 1st, 2024 (Example: If you submit a request in January for 30 nights in the month of July and cancel prior to April 1st, the cancelation fee is waived.  If the reservation is canceled after April 1st, there will be a $595 cancelation fee, regardless of the arrival date in the 2024 season).  This is necessary to accommodate the increased number of long-term requests and our ability tore-book those sites for other guests. No refunds are issued for early departures. Except in cases of documented family or medical emergencies, there are no exceptions to the cancelation terms. Site Lock requests will incur a $20/reservation fee, assuming the site is available at time of request. We reserve the right to relocate all reservations without an approved Site Lock request to a comparable site if needed, especially on busy holiday weekends - we will notify you of any changes prior to your arrival. Please note: upon submitting a reservation request, you are agreeing to receive text and/or email messages from North Fork Cottages & RV Resort. Please inform us if you would like to be removed from our contact list, other than those messages required as part of the reservation process, by sending an email to office@nfresort.com with "remove from messaging" in the subject line.
