Fill out this form if you have a tattoo started by Toby and you want to get on his calendar (at any point) for him to finish it or add to it.

Full Sessions: Toby schedules full tattoo sessions on weekdays (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), during the day (usually starts at 10am). He takes walk in's on Wednesday's and reserves Monday's for shorter finishing appointments and touch up's.

Short Sessions: If you only want a walk in type tattoo (simple, small, text, etc.), a short touch up, or if you have a hard time getting tattooed over 2 hours long, Toby does most walk-in Wednesday's September-May. More info about that here: https://www.tattoo34pdx.com/walk-in

Touch up info: If you are not getting any additional tattoo work (he prefers to touch up at the next session if you are getting more tattoos) and you don't want to come in on a walk in day. Text Nisha to schedule a final touch up: 415-370-1298
