It should be noted that this is a paid position during the duration of the mentorship, with a stipend from the winery and a scholarship offered by Batonnage. As a finalist, you will be required to participate in a virtual interview.
Please note that international travel is required for this opportunity. In addition, forklift experience and 2 previous harvest experiences are MANDATORY for your eligibility for this opportunity.
We are also excited to announce that we have an ability to financially support our mentee for this position - financial support can be used for travel, insurance coverage, education or moving purposes. . In addition to monetary support, the mentee will also receive access to mentorship through leaders of both organizations during the full duration of the program.
