Hosted by Creative Access, this 90-min Zoom session will give an introductory overview of general best practice in recruitment, with a specific lens on diversity and inclusion.
Led by expert recruitment consultant Sarah Bonner, we'll take a look at:
- The legal framework and protected characteristics
- Inclusive language and its impact on writing job adverts, recruitment and selection
- Having a competency-based framework for interviews
- Making recruitment skills and evidence-based, and using competency based questions
