STM Volleyball League Registration Form

Volleyball Season is here!

Thank you for your interest in joining the STM Volleyball League 2025/2026 season.

When: Mondays (October 13, 2025 to April 6, 2026)

Time: 7:30pm-10:30pm

Where: Church of Virgin Mary & St. Athanasius Gym

Skill Level: Competitive (Note: if you are new to the sport or looking for a league that is not too competitive, The Church of The Resurrection runs a recreational league on Saturday evenings).

Cap: 32

Price: $150

Age: 18+

Professional Referee: Yes 

Open Runs: Monday October 13 & 20

League Start Date: Monday October 27

Please note, we have a policy for missed games. If an individual misses 2 out of 5 consecutive games they will receive a warning; if an individual misses 3 out of 5 consecutive games their spot will be given to the next person on the waiting list.

In order to be considered fully registered you must also complete payment; if you do not complete payment, your spot is not secured. Once you have completed registration, you will receive confirmation that your application has been approved within 48 hours.

There is a limited capacity of 32 players. Once we reach the cap, registration will be closed and a waiting list will be created. If you would like to be added to the waiting list once registration is full, please email smsavolleyball@gmail.com

The safety of our participants is our primary concern.  Precautions will be taken for their well-being and protection.

I, the participant (named above or his legal guardian) in the sports leagues ("League"):

1. voluntarily register to participate in a League run by the Coptic Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary and Saint Athanasius (the "Church");
2. Agree that I will abide by all the rules and regulations of the League;
3. Permit the Church, the League, or whom they may designate, to act on my behalf in case of medical emergencies or accidents pertaining to me as participant, during the activities at the League;
4. Authorize the medical doctor, hospital or medical center to act as they see fit to treat me in case of emergencies or accidents; I will be responsible for the cost of the treatment or procedures;
5. Agree to follow all public health guidance and comply with all screening requirements as requested by the league; and
6. Release the Church, its priests, directors, members and the League organizer(s) from and against any loss, damage or injury suffered by the participant as a result of being part of the activities of the Church, as well as of any medical treatment authorized by the supervising individuals representing Church.
