Hello~ Thank you for showing interest! Please read all information before filling out your request.
General Info
This is a form for making the booking process easier and faster. Submission of this form is only a proposal and does NOT mean you are scheduled. If your submission is accepted then I will reach out to collect a deposit and confirm a specific day/ time. You can book up to three tattoos (of feasible size) per appointment. If you are trying to get multiple tattoos at once then please submit all the tattoo requests for that day under one form.
Each form is only applicable to one person, so if you have a friend who is trying to get tattooed with you then they must submit their own form/ deposit as well.
Deposits:
I take a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve an appointment. Until the deposit is paid your appointment is not confirmed. For flash, the deposit will go towards the final tattoo cost. For customs, the deposit acts as a drawing fee, and depending on the complexity of the design, may or may not go toward the final tattoo cost.
*Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy:
I allow one rescheduling under the initial deposit as long as you notify me at least 48 hours beforehand. If you are unable to do this then you will have to resubmit a booking request with a new deposit. If you no-call-no-show and do not communicate with me at all then it is unlikely that I will book with you in the future.
Pricing:
I charge by the piece, and have a $200 minimum. Size, placement, working time, and overall complexity of the design are all things I consider when determining price. I will give you a quote based off of the information you give me beforehand, but please take estimates as they are, an estimate. Any changes made to a design during the actual session may alter the final price as well. For large pieces or sessions that extend past 5 hours, I will usually offer sliding-scale or capped prices.
Note:
Additional details about my tattoo process can be found on my website (aemyi.com) Just go to the "Tattoos" page, scroll down, and click on the red, circular button that says "More info here." I highly suggest reading through it to help ensure that we stay on the same page as we proceed~ (or at least skim through it to see if I have already answered any questions you may have.) Please let me know if you believe I missed anything or would like me to expand on a topic!
