To request a copy of Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation or Marriage certificate please fill out the information below. Per the Archdiocese, any member of the Christian faithful has the right to obtain a certificate for a sacrament he or she has received and was recorded in a parish sacramental record. Only that person or the parent of a minor child can make the request. Please allow 2 weeks processing time. For any questions please contact Maureen Casteel via email at maureen@popfb.org.
