Hello MDs,

As a Dream Builder Marketing Director & Up, you will have exclusive access to the New Dream Builder Website that we launched at the beginning of 2021.

In order for each of us to use for recording for training purposes, please sign the attached release form. All the trainers will sign the release form to protect each other.

Each MD is allowed to submit ONE request, please make sure you enter the correct & Complete information. The access will be given to the title holders, not spouse.

To request access, please fill out this form.

Please make sure you provide your personal email (Gmail preferred), access will be only be given to the email you provided below.

Access requests are reviewed weekly on Fri. Once we approved your request, you will receive and email with the log-in information to the DB MD Website.

DB Website TRAINING MATERIAL RELEASE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT
The undersigned is an independent contractor of World Financial Group and hereby enters into this Release and License with Penney Ooi, Penney Enterprise, Inc., and Dream Builder FS,(collectively, the “Producer”). I provide training(s) and/or presentation(s) to the associates of WorldFinancial Group and Dream Builder FS. I have been informed that my name, likeness, image, voice,appearance and/or performance in my training and/or presentation is being recorded and that suchtraining or presentation could be recorded in both video and audio formats hereinafter (referred to asthe “Recordings”). I have also been informed that the Recordings may be published and promotedacross multiple platforms by Producer and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
I hereby grant the Producer and all entities acting with the Producer’s permission or upon itsauthority, the absolute right and unrestricted permission to use the Recordings in any format, nowknown or later developed. I authorize the Producer to copyright, adapt, modify, edit, translate,summarize, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, publish, license, sublicense, sell, broadcast,post or stream over the Internet or any other electronic or digital transmission, and otherwise useany and all parts of the Recordings, forever and worldwide, in any and all manners and forms ofmedia that the Producer believes suitable.
I acknowledge and agree that I have no right, title or interest in or to the Recordings (or to any workcomprising or based on the Recordings, in whole or in part), and that all right, title, and interest inand to the Recordings belongs to the Producer. I waive any and all right to payment or othercompensation arising from or related to the Recordings.
I further acknowledge that my participation in the Recordings in no way implies, creates, or forms apartnership or co-venture with Producer. I agree not to represent that I am a partner or coventurerwith Producer. I also acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the information I share in mytraining and/or presentation and will hold Producer harmless from all liabilities, damages, and costs(including attorney’s fees) relating to or comprising claims by third parties out of my content orconduct in my training and/or presentation.
I release and discharge Producer, its assigns, agents, or licensees from any and all claims anddemands that I may have which arise out of or in connection with the use of the Recordingsincluding, but not limited to, libel, slander, invasion of privacy, violation of my right of publicity,optical illusion, alteration, or faulty mechanical reproduction.
I have downloaded a copy of this Release by clicking the dowload link below, I am of full legal age, and have read this Release andfully understand its contents. The laws of the State of California apply to the subject matter of thisAgreement without application of choice of laws and Federal and State courts of California shallhave subject matter and personal jurisdiction over the parties.
