Refusal to sign any form provided by a car manufacturer will not bar you from participating in the event, but will mean that you will not be permitted to drive that particular vehicle. Refusal to sign the “Robb Report Event Car of the Year Napa - Waiver & Release” or refusal to agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, however, will disqualify you from participating in the event in its entirety.
