This agreement is to verify your participation in the Hearts & Crafts Vendor Fair on Saturday, February 11th and Sunday, February 12th at The Brew House Events Venue on Main Street in Kittitas, WA. We have some tables available to set up your station - if you require your own table set-up, please send us a photo. Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands however, if you are bringing an additonal table you MUST notify the event team at the time of registration. Due to the unique layout of the venue, sizes of tables may vary. Larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinator.
Krewphoria Events and The Brew House are not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor. In addition, Krewphoria Events and The Brew House assume no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.
Vendors may have access to event space beginning Friday, February 10th from 4-7pm or Saturday, February 11th at 8am. The event concludes at 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 12th and vendors have until 3:00 pm for break down. Participation in the Hearts & Craft Vendor Fair is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services. Vendors must pay the registration fee of $30 before vending space is reserved. Vendor expo floor location is chosen on a first come first serve basis. Thanks to the layout of the Brew House, all vending areas have an equal amount of visibility. Vendor spaces for each small business vary based on your products, however, vendors reserve the right to request a different space, although it is not guaranteed. Payment for vendor fee can be made through Venmo or with cash. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Hearts & Crafts Vendor Fair. This is a fundraiser for Aspen Victim Advocacy Services. All proceeds from concessions and our gift basket raffle will be donated to charity. We are requesting vendors to please donate one item for the gift basket raffle. As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be included with your item in our Gift Basket. Donated items will be picked up before event start time.
An email will be sent once we have confirmed your small business as a vendor for this event.
