Application Instructions

After all required information is entered, you will submit the completed form online and pay securely with a credit or debit card.

If your name is different than it appears on your academic credentials (i.e. your name has changed due to marriage), please explain in the box provided below and e-mail us a copy of your proof of name change (i.e. marriage certificate).

Please take care to provide us with a complete and correct postal address. This should include any and all house numbers, street names, apartment or unit numbers, city, state/province/region, postal code, and country. Any original academic credentials you need returned will be sent to the postal address you indicate here. If you are not currently residing at this address, but using the address of a family member or friend in the U.S., be sure to indicate the resident's name as c/o (care of).

Remember – submission of your academic credentials is your responsibility! We cannot request your credentials on your behalf. Please be sure to review our documents required by country before submitting your application to ensure you understand and can comply with our documentation requirements and are ready to request/send the necessary documents.

How should we expect your credentials to arrive?

Upload a PDF of your credentials. Please combine your documents into one PDF file, if possible, and label as follows: [your] LAST NAME, [your] First Name credentials. Alternately, you may email them to: Documents@OneEarthEvaluations.org

*Required: Please share any information we will need in order to verify the PDF uploaded above with your degree-granting institution, Ministry or exam board (i.e. link to results check portal, ID or verification code). Please be as specific as possible. Do *not* write "Call my school" or "Email my school" - this is not an acceptable form of verification. Only use this option if you know your scans can be verified. The cost of evaluation includes 2 copies of the evaluation report – one sent to you, and one sent to the institution/employer/licensing board to which you are applying. Please let us know to whom the evaluation report should be sent by choosing one of our partner institutions in the drop-down menu, or by choosing "My desired recipient is not listed here" and filling in the name and contact of the recipient in the open field below. Processing Time

Standard processing time is 5-7 business days. Time starts from receipt of all necessary credentials and does not include weekends/holidays. Rush service is available for additional cost.

Please choose how you would like any original credentials you submit returned to you. Please note that regular mail is a stamped letter envelope and is NOT tracked; once posted, it is in the hands of your local postal carrier and One Earth has no control over delivery. We strongly suggest choosing certified mail or courier for return of any original credentials. Please take a moment to make sure your postal address is complete and correct.

Additional Copy

If you require a copy of your evaluation report sent to more than one institution, employer or licensing board, additional copies can be requested for $20 each. Please indicate how many additional copies you would like and where you would like those additional copies sent.

Evaluation reports are delivered electronically through a secure, digital platform. You

can opt to receive a paper copy of your evaluation report for an additional $10 by
