A $15 non- refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. Deposit does go towards final payment.

Cancellations/Reschedules  must be made 48 hrs prior to your appt time. 
* Canceling at anytime you will forfeit your Depsoit 

* Reschedules your deposit may carryover 1x time if made within my 48 hr period 

After 15 minutes your appt will be cancelled & deposit is forfeited or a late fee will be applied if my schedule allows it. 

Continuous tardiness, rescheduling, or canceling may result in not being able to book again. 
2 in a row - $30 deposit 

3 in a row - deposit lost & no longer able to book 

Same-day & no call no show cancellations will be charged 100% of the base price service scheduled

Please book accordingly, so my work is not rushed! If you are concerned about time please ask for a time estimate before booking.

If you are sick or think you may be sick/contagious let me know so we can reschedule you. Coming sick can result in no future services. 

Remove your shoes at the door if they are dirty or wet, my house and studio is carpeted! 

Zero disrespect policy. If I feel as though my time/space/business/person is disrespected and or/ made uncomfortable. I can/will refuse any future services.

Booking past 5pm is a $15 "after hours" fee

 

I can not work on top of other techs work UNLESS it is luminary , luminary foreign fills is a $10 up charge 

I DO NOT soak off product that is not my own due to personal allergies
