We are honored that you are taking this step toward becoming part of a powerful sisterhood of young leaders who embody excellence and purpose. In First Ladies, we believe every girl is born to lead and every girl can change the world. Our mission is simple - to train and equip girls around the world to be positive global change agents; and to dominate the ten strategic cultures of the nations of the world with strength and dignity. We cultivate that spark through mentorship, academic enrichment, cultural awareness, character development and community service. We prepare students to lead with confidence, compassion, and courage — in their schools, communities, and future careers. Take your time, be thoughtful, and let your brilliance shine. 📝 Instructions for Completing the Application: Parents/guardians may assist with demographic and contact information.Students must complete the essay and video portions independently. Follow these steps: (1) Complete all sections of this form. (2) Grades: Take a photo of your last grade report and upload it, (3) Photos: Upload a photo of yourself, (4) Essays: Complete the essay that is for your grade level. Do not complete all three essays. (5) Upload a short video. (6) Recommendations: Ask your 2025-2026 teachers from all of your classes to complete your recommendations. Ask a community leader (coach, pastor, etc.) to complete one recommendation for you. Recommendations must be received before the Interview Day. (7) Save a copy of your completed application and have it on hand during your Interview, (7) Save the date - Saturday September 12 is the Interview Day. Interview Attire is professional dress.
