Agreement between JobInfoNetwork and New Psalmist Baptist Church.
1. No fee for the first 300 Support Team Members registered.
2. No fee for the first 90 days (after first Support Team Member registers) even if the church registers over 300 Support Team Members in less than 90 days.
Job postings will be at no charge during the “no fee” period described above.
JobInfoNetwork Monthly Fee:
After the church has registered over 300 Support Team Members and 90 days after the first Support Team Member registers, the church will be charged 40 cents per month for each Support Team Member registration beyond the first 300.
For example, if the church has 1,000 Support Team Members register (300 of which are at no charge) the church will pay a monthly fee of:
700 Support Team Member registrations X .40 = $280. Each additional 1,000 Support Team Registrations, will add a fee of $400 per month (.40 each).
JobInfoNetwork Revenue Share:
After the church has registered over 300 Support Team Members and 90 days after the first Support Team Member registers, job postings will incur a charge of $50 per month. JobInfoNetwork will rebate 30% of job posting revenue back to the church.
For example, if the church has 20 job postings, the church will receive:
20 job postings X $50 X 30% = $300.
Note: It is understood that the "Fee" and "Revenue Share" features described above are not developed as of the date of this agreement. The assessing of fees or the sharing of revenues won't begin until these features have been developed (by third party developers outside JobInfoNetwork's control) and added to the program. JobInfoNetwork does not guarantee if/when additional features will be added to the program.
