  • PRIVACY COLLECTION STATEMENT

    Motorcycling NSW Limited (MNSW) is collecting your personal information (PI) to consider and, if applicable, process and administer your membership. MNSW may use and disclose your PI as set out in this statement and our Privacy Policy (View MNSW Privacy Policy). If you do not provide your PI, we will not be able to process your membership. We may disclose your PI to other parties, including service providers, partners and sponsors (that may be located overseas from time to time). We may use and disclose your PI to administer your membership, provide you with publications, news, promotions and offers, to contact you to help us improve our products and services, to identify you as a MNSW member when connected on social media, when engaging professional advisers including accountants, auditors and lawyers, and dealing with MNSW's insurer, unless you opt out (see our Privacy Policy for details on opting out). Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access and seek correction of your PI, how you may complain about a breach of your privacy, and how we will deal with that complaint.

  • It is a requirement that this form be completed in full.

    The form is required to be completed by Friday 31 January 2026 or upon application of your first permit - whichever is the earlier.

    No permits will be provided to Clubs which have not completed the form and payment.

    Please list below your clubs three approved delegates. All delegates will need to be available to attend and represent your club at the MNSW General Council Meetings either in person or via online.

  • In reapplying for affiliation with Motorcycling NSW Limited, we agree and acknowledge;

    1. Abide by the MNSW Club Regulations, MNSW Constitution and MA Constitution.
    2. We acknowledge and accept that we are subject to meeting the following obligations.
    3. To comply with MNSW & MA policies including (but not limited to):
    4. The MA National Integrity Framework including the Member Welfare Policy
    5. The MA General Competition Rules
    6. The MA Track Standards
    7. The MA Medical Guidelines
    8. The MNSW Social Media Policy & MA Social Media Policy
    9. To display its Certificate of Affiliation.
    10. We will work with Motorcycling NSW and Motorcycling Australia to help improve our club and its operational processes, and to assist in their aims to grow the sport.
    11. All parties acknowledge that their club is an individual entity belonging to its members. All parties also acknowledge that under the Motorcycling NSW Constitution, all license holders, parents, guardians and officials are also individual members of Motorcycling Australia and Motorcycling NSW. The club agrees to continue to operate under the rules and insurances of Motorcycling Australia and Motorcycling NSW, the club will follow any reasonable sport related direction issued by the controlling bodies. Where a controlling body sees fit, it is agreed that the club will supply financial statements, if requested, to the controlling body in order to allow the controlling body to provide sufficient oversight over the welfare of the club and protect the interests of all members.
    12. The Club Committee will take all steps required to ensure that it’s registration status as either an Incorporated Association or a Company remains in place at all times.
