Join us as we welcome Jan E. Tomsky from Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP. Jan will provide legal updates and discuss hot topics within special education, then finish with a Q&A session, answering all of your burning questions! We are offering 3 hours of CEU credits to count toward your legal and ethical requirements for both NCSP and LEPs.

When: Wednesday November 9th from 9-12

Where: Sonoma County SELPA - 5860 Labath Ave. Rohnert Park, CA 94928. We will also be offering this session via Zoom for those that cannot make it in person. The session will also be recorded. All registrants will receive a link to the recorded session.

Who: Jan E. Tomsky is a nationally recognized leader in special education law. She has represented school district clients in mediations and due process hearings, as well as in special education-related litigation in both state and federal courts and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. A popular speaker, Jan is asked to present throughout the country on education and the law. SCASP is fortunate to welcome her back to Sonoma County!
