    Join us as we welcome Jan E. Tomsky from Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP. Jan will provide legal updates and discuss hot topics within special education, then finish with a Q&A session, answering all of your burning questions! We are offering 3 hours of CEU credits to count toward your legal and ethical requirements for both NCSP and LEPs.

    Who: Jan E. Tomsky is a nationally recognized leader in special education law. She has represented school district clients in mediations and due process hearings, as well as in special education-related litigation in both state and federal courts and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. A popular speaker, Jan is asked to present throughout the country on education and the law. SCASP is fortunate to welcome her back to Sonoma County!
