This is the last low cost vaccination clinic in 2022

IMPORTANT:

You must complete one form for each dog or cat. If you combine pets on one form, we will not receive any information. Also, please be sure you complete each category so your paperwork and rabies certificate will be correct.

This will also be an off-site vaccination clinic on Sat., Nov. 12th from 9 am to 1 pm. We have several vaccination tables so pets will move quickly. Here are the important things you should known.
1. This is for dogs and cats.
2. All pets must be pre-registered, individually, to be seen. Do not put more than one pet on a form or you will not be pre-registered.
3. No pets will be seen by walk-in.
4. Once we have received your form, we will send you an email confirmation with the address to the location and other important instructions. Be sure to check the email address you enter. It is our only means of communicating with you. If you do not receive a confirmation email from nafahelp@gmail.com with location and details within 3-4 days, please email nafahelp@gmail.com and tell us of your difficulty. We can also pre-register you by email.
5. The instructions in the confirmation email are very important. Please read them carefully, and send an email back confirming that you and your pet(s) will be coming. This is necessary to keep social distancing for you and your pets. We do not want pets interacting with unfamiliar pets.
6. Your pre-registration must be completed and submitted by Wednesday, Nov 9th at noon.
7. All dogs must be on leash or in a carrier. Retractable leashes are prohibited because they can produce uncontrollable situations. All cats must be in a carrier.
8. There are no qualifications for rabies only vaccinations.
9. You must qualify to receive anything other than a rabies vaccination. Qualification for vaccinations other than rabies are:
  1. Elderly, low income, disabled, unemployed, US Veteran, active service or spouse, ASU Student, City of Jonesboro Employee or the animal is a rescue
  2. Your pet may not have seen a veterinarian other than for low cost services in the past 12 months.
10. Please be patient and understand that these clinics are staffed by volunteers who are giving up their Saturday to help get pets in our community vaccinated.
11. You will be able to order/purchase heartworm preventative and flea/tick preventative at this clinic and then pick it up on Monday, Nov. 21st between 11 am and 1 pm at Jonesboro Animal Control. If you do not come or send someone to pick up the order, you can not pick it up until the next shot clinic.
12. Payments must be CASH or Checks. No Credit or Debit Cards.
