    ATLANTIC CHRISTIAN SCHOOL (ACS) VENDOR GUIDELINES, RULES, AND FEES

    1. Vendors selling products and original crafts are welcome to participate.  A limited number of direct sales/franchise vendors will be accepted.

    2. The goal is to have a variety of vendors at this market; however, vendors must accept and acknowledge we cannot guarantee product exclusivity.

    3. All vendor spaces will be indoors. 
       
    4. Vendor spaces are approximately 8’ wide x 4’ deep.  

    5. Vendors must provide their own tables/chairs/display set-ups.  Tables should be a maximum of 3' in depth.  Vendors can bring a chair to sit next to their table or display.

    6. Vendors must fit their display, table(s), and chairs within the space assigned to them.

    7. Please tell us if you need electricity, however, space with access to electricity are limited.

    8. Vendors assume all responsibility for loss or damage to products, merchandise, vehicles, including fire, flood, or theft.

    9. Vendor Set-Up Time: Vendors can arrive at 2:00 p.m. to begin setting-up their displays.  No earlier set up will be permitted. Vendors must be set up by 4:30 p.m. Event starts at 5:00 p.m. Vendors may temporarily park in the bus loop entrance to the school on Almond Avenue to unload and then proceed to the designated Vendor Parking area.

    10. Vendor Check-In: Vendors must check in at the Registration Table for their space assignment.
       
    11. Vendor Clean-Up Time: Vendors are expected to have their displays set up until 8:30 p.m.  Clean-Up must be concluded by 9:30 p.m.
       
    12. Vendor Parking: Vendors must park in the designated vendor parking area, which will be behind the Early Education Complex buildings.  Vendors cannot leave their cars in the loading/unloading areas during the Christmas event hours.  
       
    13. Prepared Food: Any prepared food sold must be pre-packaged and meet all Atlantic County Department of Health requirements for food sales.
       
    14. Registration Deadline: Friday, November 25, 2022.

    15. The maximum number of vendors for the Bazaar will be 22.  Selection of vendors will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Atlantic Christian School Vendor Waiver, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless Agreement – All Vendors Must Complete

    By completing this Registration Form, I hereby agree (1) to waive, release forever, discharge, and defend against any and all claims that may arise against Atlantic Christian School and its employees, administrators, Board of Directors, students and volunteers, in connection with the selling of my product, food, or craft for damages and/or injuries to any person or property whatsoever and (2) to indemnify and hold harmless Atlantic Christian School and its employees, administrators, Board of Directors, students and volunteers, from any and all claims brought by or on behalf of any person or entity, arising out of or in any way connected with the selling of my product, food or crafts.
