PROCEDURES & GUIDELINES
November 15, 4:30pm - 11pm
1. OPERATION. Vendor will be responsible for his/her product presentation and sales. OBT will provide guidelines on where and how products are presented.
2. SET-UP. Set-up will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15th.
3. LOAD-OUT. Breakdown will be on Saturday Evening at 11pm, November 15, 2025.
4. SALES & AUDIENCE SIZE. The event does not guarantee sales or audience size. We are expecting 150 participants.
5. ADVERTISING. The event will advertise to the best of its ability. The event executive committee always looks for new ways to advertise and grow the prayer movement, so please consider sharing our flyer with your serve list.
6. VENDOR SPACE : Vendor space will be at least 6 feet. Vendor understands that the event, in its sole discretion, will assign space. Vendors must provide all supplies necessary to operate effectively.
Vendor will provide their Wi-Fi and/or Venue will provide the Wi-Fi.
7. SPACE RENTAL FEE. Vendor agrees to rent a space during the event to be held November 15, 2025, as indicated below. All Fees Are Due and Payable with The Submission of This Agreement, as APPLICABLE.
8. ELECTRICAL SERVICES. Electrical outlets may or may not be available. Please specify if needed.
9. PUBLICITY. Vendor agrees to allow use of name, likenesses, and other materials as may be deemed appropriate for advertising, publicity, or marketing promotion of the event. Vendors may be asked to link to our website to help us promote the event.
10. SIGNAGE. A vendor may only display its own business signs and banners within the assigned vendor space.
11. CHANGE. OBT is not responsible for providing change to vendors.
12. STORAGE. Vendors will be allowed to store their products inside of the meeting room, the doors will be locked overnight, however OBT is not liable for any merchandise.
13. CONTENT. Nothing can be sold, distributed, or displayed that can be construed as unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.
14. SECURITY. Vendors are responsible for the security of their own property and equipment at all times. No security personnel will be assigned specifically to vendors. The Summit shall not be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to any property left on the grounds at any time.
15. CANCELLATION. The vendor understands that in the event of vendor cancellation; the entire booth fee will be forfeited.
ÒrékêbyTAMRIS LLC reserves the right to market you/your items before/during/after to include social media and photos (we use a photo taken at one event including your picture to advertise our nextevent).
Not Applicable - Vendors shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of the event.
Not Applicable - Vendors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.
LIABILITY:
Vendors shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any lawful authority, agency or government unity which apply to the use of its vending space, including without limitation, any state or local applicable fire and building code and/or health regulations applicable to the locality in which the event is taking place. The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons or damages to property or any other injury, claim, damage or loss of whatever nature, arising from or related to the Event.
Vendor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless OBT, its agents and volunteers from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of injury to person (including death) or damage to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost or expense arising from the Event performed by vendor including, but not limited to, any negligence, act or omission of vendor.
The Vendor agrees to accept responsibility for all materials and goods furnished by him/her, and used or displayed in the space area and accepts full responsibility for his/her personal property. Vendor agrees that OBT, its volunteers and agents shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to vendor’s equipment, supplies, goods or other property.
