Dependent's Birth Certificates:Two forms of identity is required for taxpayer's who wish to claim qualifying dependents for child tax or additional child tax credits. One form of identity is the dependents social security card and the other is their birth certificate - with the claiming parent listed (or court-ordered custody has to be in place).

Dependent's proof of residency documentation:Upload proof both you and your child lived together for more than half the year. (e.g. school, medical, daycare or social service records, or place or worship that shows names, common address and dates. You may also use a letter from a relative who provides daycare. If relative provides daycare you MUST upload an additional letter by someone other than your relative).
