Vendor Application Terms and Conditions
The Fox Fitness Holiday Market Pop Up will allow a variety of local small businesses to display and sell their trade item and/or service just in time for the holiday season. The Market will take place on Saturday, November 23rd from 11:00am-3:00pm at 6336 Cromwell Marine Creek Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76179. Our plan is for vendors to set up under our front awning or under your own tent OUTSIDE. A portion of the parking lot will be reserved for this event. This is our 3rd annual market. Thank you for your interest in joining us!
Fox Fitness Holiday Pop Up Market Policy:
1.There will be no vendor fee for this market. Our hope is to bring the community together and spread awareness of our small businesses! Since this is right before the holidays it would be a great time to sell “gift cards/gift ideas”.
2. Setup will begin 1 hour prior to the event and we request that all vendors be completely set up by the events designated start time.
3. Each vendor must provide their own table and marketing materials for their booth. This may include a table cloth, tent, chairs, flyers, cooler, fan, heater, food/drink or anything else you may need. Restrooms will be available.
4. All vendors give Fox Fitness and its commissioned photographers & videographers permission to use images, whether intact or in part, and vendors authorize the use of reproduction of such images and audio. This includes any and all photographs & videos at any Pop Up Fox Fitness Market event, for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to me. All negatives, positives and audio, together with the prints, constitute the photographer's, videographer's and Fox Fitness’s sole property.
5. All Vendors must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
6. Marketing & Advertising of this event is the responsibility of all parties involved.
7. Fox Fitness offers no sales guarantee.
8. Vendor agrees that all information provided is current and accurate.
9. The completion of this application does not guarantee booth space for this particular market. Once the application has been received the review process will begin immediately and the potential vendor will be notified upon approval.
10. All Vendors agree to comply with all State, municipal and other laws, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to this Market.
11. In the case of inclement weather wherein a vendor's merchandise could be damaged or adequate sales are unlikely, Fox Fitness will cancel the outdoor portion of the event with as much notice as possible whereas the indoor portion of the event may continue.
Inclement Weather Policy
There will be no Pop Up Holiday Market if, from two hours before the scheduled market set up time until one hour after the scheduled break down time the forecast is for:
Temperatures to be above 102 degrees or below 38 degrees
Temperatures to be 45 degrees or below with winds exceeding 10 mph
The probability of rain is 50% or higher
Fox Fitness is not liable for any mishaps during the event. You are responsible for any and all items you bring. Fox Fitness reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit not approved by it and to permit only such matter and conduct as it may approve. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, printed matter, advertisements, souvenirs and emblems, and all else that affects the event. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, Fox Fitness, its members, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property or personal injury or loss caused by the Exhibitor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person. Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the Exhibitor’s display or caused by the Exhibitor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers.
