Deposits and Cancelations T&Cs
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Marieka reserves the right to cancel/ reschedule when necessary (sickness etc, if the client cannot make the new appointment dates offered by Marieka due to cancelling from her illness you are entitled to your deposit back. I WILL NOT tattoo you if you are pregnant, this is highly dangerous. If I am made aware of your pregnancy less then 4 days out from your appointment or on the day of your appointment, you will loose your full deposit. Bookings are NOT confirmed until a deposit of $100 is paid or 50% for large pieces. (I will send instructions.) All deposits of $100 for a small tattoo are NON-REFUNDABLE however can be tranfered with 4 days notice. All 50% deposits for large pieces over $300 are HALF-REFUNDABLE with 4 days notice. This is because it not only needs to cover loss of income, but also design time. If multiple people are getting tattooed a deposit is required for each person and is not transferable if someone cancels. Bookings can be resceduled twice before your deposit is forfeited and another deposit is required to rebook. Re-schedules and cancelations require 4 days notice, if any less your deposit may be forfeited. This deposit will help cover the loss of income and cover admin time of the canceled booking spot. If you are more then 15 minutes late your booking will automatically be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. I'm booked up months in advance back to back which means when your late I won't have time to complete your tattoo or it runs into my break time. Deposits help cover this loss of income. GIFT VOUCHERS: All vouchers purchased must be used for a tattoo over the value of $250. I do NOT accept full payment before your tattoo is done, this includes a deposit paid then a pre purchased voucher. This is to cover myself if the customer cancels 4 days or less prior to the appointment date. I believe it's not fair to accept full payment before the work is done. If a deposit is paid, then a voucher is purchased by any person to pay the remaining amount of your tattoo this is classed as full payment. Your remaining amount owed for your tattoo must be over $150 to use your voucher for your appointment booked. All vouchers are valid 12 months from purchase date. All vouchers are non refundable.
