For our coaching business Consistent Performance, we are looking for a Client Success Coach to become part of our team.

As Client Success Coach your mission will be to ensure clients are getting results, are happy and are signing up for long-term collaboration with us in our coaching program.

Your objective will be to reach a continuation rate of our clients after the initial months in our coaching of 75%+.

You will directly contribute to helping our clients - all male entrepreneurs - master their performance and consistency so that they can scale their business to 7 & 8 figures without neglecting their health, time outside of business, or burning out.

More specifically you will check in with clients regularly, holding them accountable to sticking to their habits, and providing encouragement, tips, and feedback.

As well as do weekly support calls with each client to help them with our exercises as well to answer questions and get unstuck.
