For CA – The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (CA ABC) is using digital certificates, which are housed in the CA ABC RBS Portal - https://abcbiz.abc.ca.gov. Servers will be issued a certification number, and that will serve as the training certificate. This certification is valid for three years.
For NM - If you have lost your server’s permit, you will need to contact the New Mexico Alcoholic Beverage Control at (505) 476-4542 or visit their website at: http://www. https://www.rld.nm.gov/abc/how-do-i/server-permit-renew-or-request-duplicate-copy/server-permit-or-duplicate, to get a replacement certificate.
For TX - If you want a duplicate or replacement of the original certificate you were issued, click the continue button below. If you need to look up your current TABC Seller/Server Certification, please follow these steps: Go to the Seller Training/TABC Certification Inquiry System. Click “Certificate Inquiry” link on the left side of the screen. Enter your Social Security number without any dashes. Enter your birth date (MM/DD/YYYY). Follow the security measures instructions and click “search.” Agency staff and TABC license and permit holders use this system to verify that a person’s certification is current and valid. The information in the system is considered official proof of certification.
For WA - If you are within convenient distance from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board, you can go to their office and get a replacement immediately. Their address is 3000 Pacific Ave SE, Olympia, WA 98504. Or go to their website at https://lcb.wa.gov/mastrvp/replace-mast-permit and you can download an affidavit to send to the LCB with a $5.00 fee to get a replacement. If you are not able to go to the LCB office, you will need to call our accounting dept., at 720-550-5707.
