Please note that events such as film screenings, panels/presentations, or any other events which require silence in the space are exclusively hosted on Mondays, Tuesdays and prior to 4pm on Wednesday through Sunday. We do not host film screenings, panels/presentations or any other event which is disruptive to regular bar patrons utilizing and circulating in the space during times we are open to the public.

Please note that private events are only available Mondays, Tuesdays and before 4pm on Wednesday through Sunday. We do not offer private events on days that we are normally open to the public. If you are looking to host an event during our opening hours, regular bar patrons must be able to utilize the space and circulate as they normally would.
Public Event
- Everybody is invited to attend
- If the event is while BMP is open, it must be free or pay-what-you-can
- If the event is disruptive, or requires a quiet audience (e.g. a panel of speakers, movie screening), we ask that you prioritize booking when we are not open. We unfortunately must decline your event booking if you choose to book this type of event during our open hours.
Private Event

  flat rate of: $PWYC booking fee (suggested 50--300)+ $20/hour per staff member.
If the standard cost is prohibitive, we offer solidarity pricing based on the event's nature. Please reach out to discuss potential adjustments.

FOOD POLICY

During our opening hours (Wednesday to Sunday from 4pm-2am), we do not permit external catering or outside food of any kind inside of the cooperative. If you would like to offer food during your event, we offer in-house catering packages, please contact us for details.

For an event occurring during our closed hours (Mondays-Tuesdays and booking times prior to 3pm), you may bring in outside catering for your event. You must inform us prior to your event during our confirmation correspondence if you plan to bring food of any kind to the cooperative during your event. If you are interested in our in-house catering packages for events during closed hours, please contact us for details. Please bring your own plates and utensils.

ALL OUTSIDE DRINKS DURING ANY POINT IN TIME ARE NOT PERMITTED. If you would like to offer drinks for your attendees (including non-alcoholic options like coffee, tea and soft drinks) we offer drink ticket packages, contact us for details.

We reserve the right to cancel your event at any point in time if you are in violation of our food policy as per your signed space booking agreement.
