RELEASE/ DISCLAIMER: By participating in this event, I hereby authorize Team G.U.T.S. to use my likeness and/or the minority members of my party/ family in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all Team G.U.T.S. printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness and/or the minority members of my party/ family will become property of Team G.U.T.S. I acknowledge that since my participation with Team G.U.T.S. is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I hereby irrevocably authorize Team G.U.T.S. to edit, alter copy, exhibit or distribute these photos for purposes of publicizing Team G.U.T.S. programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written and electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally I waive any right to royalties or any other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs. I understand that my participation is AT MY OWN RISK, and hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Team G.U.T.S. from all claims, demands, and cause of action, which I, my heirs, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf or behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I am 18 years old and am competent to contract my own name or I am under 18 and i have my parents or legal gaurdains permission .
