Ruby Stencil Tattoos Booking Form

General Info:

You must be 18+ and fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to book a tattoo with me.

I am a handpoke (machine-free) artist, and I work out of a private studio in Ridgewood, NY. My studio is located on the second floor, up one flight of stairs, but there's also an elevator if needed. Please let me know if you need the elevator so I can direct you to the proper entrance.

Clients are allowed to bring 1 guest to the appointment. Please let me know in advance if you will be bringing anyone.

I'm not currently requiring masks during appointments, but if you would like me to wear one just let me know! If you come in contact with someone infected with Covid or are experiencing symptoms yourself, please get in touch as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

At this time, all of my flash is repeatable. I also accept custom requests.

Pricing + Deposit Info:

I price my tattoos by the piece. Most of my flash falls in the $175-250 range, and I have a $100 minimum per flash appointment and a $150 minimum per custom appointment. I will always do my best to work within your budget, and a sliding scale option is available upon request.

I require a $40 non-refundable deposit to secure flash appointments and a $60 deposit to secure custom appointments. The deposit will go towards the cost of the tattoo. I will honor your deposit if you need to reschedule once, but please give me as much notice as possible.

Touch ups are always free - reach out via Instagram DM or email anytime.
